Ancestor Series

I began making these art works after leaving a day job of more than seven years. It was then that I began being guided by, what I consider to be, my ancestors. They whispered to me and I listened to their commands. I began questioning why humans create in the first place. Can ancient wisdom guide us back on track to a place where we achieve more balance between the mundane and spiritual worlds? Each work led to the next and together in this gallery they become a narrative. These works are not polished or flawless, but pure and magical. They resound with timeless wisdom and offer insights to anyone who wants to hear them.
